Melissa Seideman is an 8th grade United States History in New York. She has been teaching for five years in both New York and Pennsylvania. She has experience teaching U.S. History (7th, 8th, and 11th grade), Economics, AP Government and Politics, Global II, and U.S. History through Film.
Melissa has a Bachelors Degree in Social Studies Education at Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. While teaching full-time in both Geneva, NY and Trumansburg, NY she earned my Master’s Degree in Inclusive Special Education at the University of New England.
Melissa’s goal is to have her students fall in love with history and technology the way she has. She believes that technology reaches students in a way that other mediums can not. It ignites a fire, a desire to learn, and gives them the ability to express themselves in meaningful ways.
