About Our Guest

Carolyn Schultz has been a special education teacher in the Pennsauken School District of Camden County for 30 years. She is honored to teach in the same school district where her father was first hired in 1962.

NJEA MagazineCarolyn has been involved in her local association for 20 years, holding offices such as head building representative, grievance chairperson, and president. Carolyn has recently brought Art of Hosting meeting facilitation techniques to her members.

Carolyn has been married for 26 years to Fred Schultz. She states that her children, Emily (23) and twins Molly and Haley (20) “make (her) look boring.”
